I’m Mat, a Chiropractor and certified Personal Trainer. I’m an avid cyclist, mountain bike rider, runner, Ironman triathlete and former national-level basketball player. I spend my down time researching the latest journal articles to help you be the best you can be. I love  gardening and cooking but most of all spending quality time with my young family.  For the past 13 years, I’ve been dedicated to sharing my passion for fitness, performance, mobility and health with those I treat and train.

I work with all ages. Budding athletes as young as 3 years old, to adults and even the eldery at 97 years young. It’s never too early or late to learn how to perform without injury. 

Training is never a one-size-fits-all proposition. I’m here to uncover the best results for your body using safe, tailored training that suits you and your lifestyle.

In-person and online programs consist of rehabilitation and specific functional strength-building movements to build strength and progress your goals.


40 minute 1:1 onsite or outdoor training sessions

Online training programs 

1 hour advisory session (on Zoom or in-person) to discuss:
